Minimum of 05 Nights Accommodation to be booked in advance

1) Birth Certificate(s).
2) Passports – copies are only required of the information pages and Sri Lanka VISA stamp. 
3) An affidavit signed by a solicitor/statutory declaration to confirm who you are and your present status (un-Married / Divorced).
4) Divorced Certificate(s) (If Divorced) 
5) If widowed, the death certificate of your late spouse and your previous marriage certificate/s.
6) If adopted, an adoption certificate.
07) If any document provided is not in English, then a translation from a legally recognized translator.
08) You must be 21 years of age or over. If under 21 years of age, evidence of parental consent in the form of a statutory declaration.
